Partnership
Meteora Digital and Celere join forces to bring artificial intelligence to construction decisions
A technology company with AI products in real production joins a ten-year benchmark in construction management. Celere Digital is born of that union.
Meteora Digital, a Brazilian company implementing artificial intelligence for enterprise operations, has entered a partnership with Celere, a benchmark in construction budgeting and planning with ten years in the market, 250 clients and 681 documented projects. Celere Digital is born of that union: the evolution, with artificial intelligence, of products Celere already operates and which today support cost and schedule decisions in developments across Brazil.
The union
Two competencies, one decision
Celere brings a decade of engineering knowledge to the partnership: a method already validated in real operation and a commercial relationship built one project at a time.
Meteora brings a complementary competency: the ability to design, integrate and operate artificial intelligence applied to real business decisions. It is the same capability behind DUBAI, the unified digital brain that today connects communication, meetings and management systems in real operations, and another 12 to 15 AI solutions already built by Meteora.
The engineering experience Celere has accumulated meets new possibilities of product, experience and scale through the technology of the partnership.
In practice
What changes in practice
Inside Celere Digital, two products already operated by Celere enter direct evolution with artificial intelligence. The third, already established, is part of the same portfolio.
Paramétrico
Celere's established product for feasibility estimates. Part of the Celere Digital portfolio.
Budget Analytics
Used to track costs and quantities in the executive budget.
Evolving with AI
Schedule Tracking
Used to compare planned against actual during construction.
Evolving with AI
Why now
A space that is still open
The timing is deliberate. The use of artificial intelligence by Brazilian companies is still a minority: 17% in 2025, according to Cetic.br/CGI.br (TIC Empresas survey 2025-2026). That is 50% among large companies, but only 15% among small ones, with no specific consolidated figure yet for construction.
For Meteora, this confirms that applying AI to real business decisions, beyond the sectors the company already serves, remains an open space.
