The vocabulary we use to explain DUBAI.

Galaxy is what DUBAI calls each client company: an entire galaxy of systems that used to live in isolation. When a galaxy lights up, those systems start behaving as a single brain.

Solar system is each piece of software the company already uses (WhatsApp groups, ERP, email, attendance, drive), a sun with its own orbit that naturally doesn't talk to the others. DUBAI exists to connect those isolated suns.

Planet is the module or group where someone works every single day: an ERP module, a WhatsApp group, a drive folder. The test is simple: if someone opens that screen in the morning and works inside it, it's a planet.

Data is the smallest unit DUBAI reads: a message, a record, a sentence, millions a day. It's the raw material the brain cross-references and returns as a decision with the source in plain sight.

Entropy is the tendency of every growing company to accumulate disorder: the faster the operation moves, the more mess it leaves behind. DUBAI is the external energy that restores order, the same way the Sun keeps Earth in order.

Big Bang is the rollout kickoff: a structured mapping that surveys the sources, the critical processes and the real volume before any automation is switched on. DUBAI starts by seeing, not by automating.

Unified brain is what DUBAI (Digital Unified Brain for AI) builds: the layer that connects every system in a company via API, normalizes the data and returns decisions with a traceable source. It's not a standalone agent; it's the entire infrastructure.

Source of truth is the system whose record is official for a given piece of data: the one that decides in case of conflict, like the ERP for a financial value. Source of diligence is the system that corroborates or flags something, without replacing the official record, like a message in a WhatsApp group confirming a payment before it's posted in the ERP.

Wave is each expansion front after the Big Bang, chosen by the disorder the mapping revealed, not by how easy it is to build. The first wave is never the easiest one; it's the one that weighs the most on the operation.

Mapping (what the market calls discovery) is the structured stage that surveys sources, critical processes and volume before any build begins: the same logic as measuring the lot before budgeting a construction project. The mapping is what sizes both layers of the investment, with no number set in advance.

Dedicated instance is how DUBAI runs for each client: isolated, on the company's own infrastructure or cloud, with the region negotiable. Nothing is shared with another company: the engine evolves on Meteora's side, but the instance and the data belong to the client.

Governance and confidentiality levels are the layer that decides who sees each piece of data after it's normalized: never surveillance of people, always protection and traceability of information. Every answer from the brain respects the confidentiality level of whoever is asking before it shows on screen.
